After over 20 years of dedicated work across various fields and with diverse teams, achieving significant success, I felt the need to transition into consulting. This shift allows me to deepen my expertise and develop new tools to address challenges in economic integration, peacebuilding, gender equality, and sustainable labor market integration
I am the CEO and founder of SB Overseas (Support in Belgium and Overseas), an international humanitarian aid organization specializing in Middle Eastern conflicts and migration crises. I also serve as a consultant for UNHCR and IOM, and as an advisory board member at The Nine in Brussels.
My commitment to protecting women’s rights drives my work, as I believe in inspiring and motivating others to contribute to sustainable development and innovation. I am passionate about empowering women to discover purpose and create meaningful change in their lives..
Helping over 20,000 women to integrate, fight for their futures, and become independent has shown me that achieving a stronger economy and a sustainable future is within our reach. However, this requires collaboration, inclusivity, and a commitment to involving minorities and embracing diverse perspectives.

I have been globally applauded for my work during the recent migration crisis and my mobilization for the respect of women’s rights, notably by the King of Belgium, EU Vice-President MR Temermen and Mrs Linda McAvan, UK Labour MEP and Chair of the European Parliament’s Development Committee MEP. I hold a BA in Communication “Influence and Impact” from the prestigious University of Cambridge and a Master in Political Science, I also hold several certificates in Management and Leadership, International Management as well as training in War Trauma, NLP and Coaching.
